First off, YES, I take commissions.
I take requests via a PDF form which can be downloaded or filled out here and then email me the data file (.xml) produced when clicking 'Submit by Email' in the top right corner of the first page of the form. Please note, you need to put 'Commission Request CRX (your name)' exactly as the subject for the email, otherwise, I will never see it.
Commissions are done in a digital format unless otherwise requested. This is to best facillitate fast and accurate service to you, my customer.
::The Commission Process::
1. Fill out the Commission Request Form, save the Data file via the 'Submit by Email' button, and email the data file to me (as an attachment).
Please note, you need to put 'Commission Request CRX (your name)' exactly as the subject for the email, otherwise, I will never see it.
2. I will review your form and communicate with you to hammer out the details of your request.
3. You will then be put on the Waiting List pending an open slot in my Commission Queue.
4. When a commission slot opens and you are the next in the Waiting List, I will send you an invoice through Google Checkout.
5. As soon as the invoice is paid in full, unless an exception has been made, I will begin work on your commission.
6. When I have completed the Base Sketch or equivalent design step, I will send or contact you with the progress so far for your input, suggestions, and changes.
7. After receiving your timely suggestions and changes, or approval, I will proceed with the work until I have completed it to the requested finish level.
8. At this point, I will contact you again for final approval or changes within reason before sending you the final and full-resolution image.
